Forget Not The cross!

The cross: a place of predetermined affection (Eph.1:3-7), past substitution (1Pet.2:24), & present execution (Gal.2:20). We tend daily to forget the gospel, so be reminded today: God's pleasure in you is not based on your performance for Him.

Hi Josh and welcome to my lot. You are so right we have to be diligent in pursuing Gods will daily. We have to be pleasing to God everyday.

To take up your cross daily is to be a true Crhistan. Not choosing the easy path, but to determine to be a living sacrifice for God. It's not to earn our salvation but to show that we love him and so others can see the love of God in us.
