How do you feel about living alone?

hehe I'm not living alone but I have moved out for almost 3 years. I remember I was having some hard time to cook as well. I never lived alone and I'm sure I would hate it. I'm a scared person, I get scared easily, I get jumpy and little panic even when I only hear some little noises...

Hi, gamesmaniac. Welcome to myLot! I started living alone with my potential spouse and spouse today for almost, 12 years. Off and on though. I lived with my in-laws in the summer and fall of 2009. I did not like it at all. It was very depressing. It is fun to live on your own. You have your own privacy and you can do things like you would want to do. Enjoy living on your own, because there is nothing like it!

I have actually never in my life ever lived alone. I can only imagine when my kids are grown and I have an empty nest what a shock that will be for me. When I was 17 my boyfriend moved in with us at my parents house. Then a year or two later we moved out in a house that his father owned but never stayed at. Then we moved into a house that my parents owned but didnt live in either. This is where I still live. I have a 6 1/2 year old daughter and a 3 1/2 year old son. My husband and I split up 13 months ago so this is the first time that I have never lived with another adult so at night when my kids are asleep I get pretty lonely but techincally I dont live alone and I wont live alone until my kids are grown and have moved out. I dread that day I love them so much. I cant imagine living without them but they will have to grow up and move on like everyone else.

I have been living alone for three years.It was uncomfortable for me at first but now I have accomodated the life of living alone.
