Friends, ups and downs are the common things in life.
But our relations(family, friends, relatives....etc.,) are with us forever.
We don't have to disturb them with our problem(of course, we can share with them, that is not the issue).
How we do wish them with a smiley face even we are in problems(sad situation) also?

Hi. rameshchow. We must try to remain strong and tell them that we have God in our lives. We have to speak words of encouragement even if it means relating to them. We have to speak positive so that they can feel confident about their stress and frustrations.

Hiya Remo,
Smile though your Heart is breaking Smile even though it´s aching this is part of a Song that fits this to a t.
Even though the tears maybe ever so near I have kept on smiling and have told everyone no l was peeling Onions which at that time of the Morning I usually do anyway.
I have been smiling though my heart has been breaking into two and smiling though it´s aching as well.
Some of the things you try to do in life..
You don´t always want People to know that you are upset so you put a brave face on and hope that things will get better.
So you smile on the outside and cry on the inside.
When I had just lost a premature Baby Girl I was smiling away and I went home and when no one was around I let the tears flow I could not take any more.
It´s just our way of coping with given situations that crop up in life.xxx

It is second nature for me. Until last year , I never talked about my problems , I honestly thought no one would want to listen and that includes family. so I would just be cordial with everyone.

Yes, i can concentrate,
But i see the syllabus in the realistic view.
I can apply the studies into real world applications.
I can put some strong marks to remember all points.
I have constructed a memory system in my mind.
You know i can remember 150+ phone numbers.
I am not telling gossips or not playing any tactics. I am telling what your friend remo have....
And i love to listen and solve their problems only.
Because..____________?(i tell later).

I do not want to disturb my friends by telling my problems with them, because in this stage they have to concentrate on studies only, they are not in a position to solve the problems.
And i do not want to disturb their concentration. I always motivating them my level best.

It is always wonderful to consider a friends feelings but we must not consider our friends feeling more then our own, because if we are not strong enough we cannot help our friends.
So it is very important to live healthy, which includes a healthy mind in order for us to be there for friends. Not doing so would mean that you will not be healthy as depression can consume a great deal of our immunity. This is why I always mention that if I am not in good spirits it would not be fair for me to pretend and carry on as my friends would know something is wrong, and thus cause me to be a fake person.
So I find that when we take a break in life we, rejuvenate and re-energize. It is then that we can go full throttle to help our friends.

Yes you are right "We must not consider our friends feelings more then our own.....",
But i don't wanna disturb them with my problems.
If they will listen my problems, they get more disturbed.
They have to study well without any disturbance, for that only i have to support them.
Not by disturbing them with my problems.... This is what my intension is.
And i always try to know their problems, i can try my level best to solve them problems..... I found full satisfaction with their smile only(more than myself).

well if you dont want them to know that you are sad then that would be easy. my mother is one of the people i love talking with. but since she had a heart attack and her blood shoot up... that cause her to be half bodied paralyze... from then on i always tell her i am okay. i no longer telling her too much. i try to hide to her from what i feel and just smile and tell her i am okay. its not easy but it is easier to do that than to burden her and make her worry.

I often have a situation like that. I must always look fine, and smiling in front of my whole family. While I was in a state that is very sad. There is a term, that this world stage. This term is very appropriate to me. Because my life is full of drama.

I tend to just hide my ill feelings and just forget my own problems for awhile so I could show them a smile that would say I am so glad that they are there for me.

It is best not to share your sadness with others and make them sad too, but share your jiy, happyness with all
Smiling does not cost any thing keep smiling friend.
Thanks for sharing

I can relate well to your post. Since i am a teacher, my mood greatly affects the kind of atmosphere my classroom has. But no matter how problematic I am I can say I am good at hiding my true emotions. I wear a mask that hides the weakness that's trying to eat me up inside. I divert my mind on other things and not let my problems affect my relation with the pupils.
