I used to go to the gym before like twice to thrice a week. But when school started, i can barely find time to go to the gym because at the same time i work 8 hour shift. I started to gain weight. A lot of my friends noticed this and this is just embarrassing. My closest friend is getting married in less than two months. I wanted to lose weight that won't take much of my time so I'm considering diet pills. I've made some reseach and found a list but would like to know what works best for people out there.. Your ideas are very much appreciated.

you know.. you may not like my answer.. but i suggest that taking deit pills arnt quite healthy.. its just not your only option.. there are much more options then deit pills. you dont hve to quit or stop eating the foods that you love... although you are right that most people dont hve alot of time going to the gym when school days are onn.
but heres what i do to stay in shape.. and its been working for mem since middle. and im in 11th and i still do it..lol.. plus i eat the foods that i love without eating fat.. and i eat also healthy
look you just have to do exercise twice a day every week, i do one hour early in the morning like 4am, and then i do again 30 mins. or 45 mins. in the evenings at 6pm.. it works perfect for me because i do muscle exercise in the early mornings and cardio in the evenings..

I'm using Global Greenlife. It has green te, L-carnitine and vitamin C.
Works great! IT aids in natural weight loss, and it also has many health benefits....you should try it... :)

I will honestly tell you that diet pills alone are really not going to do a lot for you. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last couple of years, but I've done it with a combination of changing my diet, adding exercise into my daily routince and increasing my consumption of water. Additionally, I did use Slim Quick for a while and it really did help a lot. I was able to lose about 15% of my body weight with a combination of all these things. However, I don't think that diet pills alone will do the trick.

This discussion is gonna help me, I don't know which ones to use but I would like something to help aid in losing some belly fat. I'm going to watch this discussion and see what everyones ideas are.
So far, I've taken to eating lots of fruits and working out more than I already do. I'm hoping it works if not I hope someone has a great idea on here that I can implement.
Thanks for writing up this discussion, you won't be the only one that benefits.
good luck,

i know i responded to this already. lol
but i still feel very strongly on the advice that i gave you before. you know taking those diet pills arn't healthy for your body, no matter what the pill says.,.
the best way to lose weight, is to control the portion that you eat everyday, and exercising,. now it doesnt have to mean an hour. lol..
just 45min, everyday,. will do the trick. =]

I don't think there is a substitute for exercise and proper diet for weight loss. Diet pills will more often than not give bad side effects so if I were you I will just do my best to have daily exercise even at home. You don't need to go to the gym. Brisk walking at least 30 minutes a day around your village will do and of course this must be accompanied by right diet. Indulge in veggies fruits but must limit your rice and meat intake. Take lots of water too.

Hello friend,
My response will not be the one that you are looking for.
I personally don't believe in pills because I've seen few of my friends see the result but they struggled a lot with various side effects.. it was really hard to watch them... to get rid of one problem they got into different problems... my suggestion is that try and make at least 1 hour for your exercise everyday and try to have a controlled and healthy diet. When i used to work in night shifts I used put on weight but then I started realizing how embarrassing it used to be I made up my mind to cut down on my weight.. I started with cycling...had a light and healthy diet and I started seeing result in just 10 to 15 days... I will continue this until I start looking smart :-).
