I am a new user in twitter and I have no follower. I want know follower means just like a friend or other meaning and how can increase follower. IF you have any idea share with me.

It is best to follow members of the same interests, if you begin adding people simply to gain numbers then you can get some unhappy members perhaps reporting you if they consider your tweets to be simply spam.
So it is best to follow those in the same areas, which if it is the money making then you should be able to capture many.

If you want to gain a lot of follower, try to follow some people who you think is interesting or maybe try to ask one of your friends if they have twitter and try to follow them and they will follow you back. I used to have only 33 followers since last October 2010 but now, I have over 300 followers.
