I can not cash out in Onbux, need your input please

Finally I have reached the minimum payout in Onbux without any referral but when I tried to request for payment, I received a message that my country should be listed in receiving money. My paypal account has been opened when I was in the Philippines and already verified. Last quarter of 2010 I went here in Oman to work and Oman is not on the list of receiving money. But my Paypal is Philippine based as well as the credit card I linked with it. I clicked their online support but it was just an auto helper. Opened their FAQ but can't find anything that would answer my concern. I also have an account with Neobux but haven't tried requesting for payment yet but I already reached the minimum payment as well. Anybody out there who could enlighten my queries. Thanks to all of you.

So, u mean that u cannot have payout in ur paypal account which is philippines based? I dont know how are you facing problem regarding that? Did you join onbux when you were in philippines or you started it in Oman

Its could probably because the IP address is linked to Oman and your computer has a cookie from Onbux that shows your computer is currently in Oman so it won't let you cashout. I recommend contacting Onbux and explaining your issue to them.

Hi gatorgurlm21! I think so that Onbux detected through my IP address that my location is in Oman and exploring Paypal, Oman is in the list of "sending" only and not receiving, it is Paypal facilities that has problem. Sorry my friend, I don't have any idea but contacting to the site owners trough an e-mail adress or something (you said the supprot center is an auto-helper thingy)! Your problem is not that unique you think, I'm sure they had members contacting them with the same problem like you! So keep up the work to get some help from the site owners, because you deserve your money as anyone else deserves it! Have a nice day!

Thank you johnnykay for your kind response. I never expected that this problem will arise. I thought that if my paypal is based and set up from a country where it is allowed to receive money there will be no problem but it seems that these sites are programmed to transfer money based on the the IP address currently used. My last option would be to wait until I go home to my home country and from there I will request payment. Cheers and happy mylotting!

Maybe you should just cash it out once you returned to Philippines? They can detect from where country you are cashing out. But I am not sure whether onbux will still be there by the time you get back home. They are facing big problems at the moment!

Hi damned_dle! I think that's the only option I have now, to wait until I get back home, it's not that much anyway, but I want to have a proof of payment so I have something to show to get referrals. I have read some issues about them turning out to be a scam, hope that it's a false alarm. Thanks for responding, cheers!
