In late 2010 Nvidia introduced their GeForce 500 series, beginning with the GTX 580 and GTX 570. The former has taken over the top spot in the single-GPU speed contest, but it comes at a price that makes two lesser cards in an SLI or Crossfire configuration a more practical option. The GTX 570 is a dialed down version of the 580, but it readily outperforms the previous generation GTX 480. 1.25 GB of GDDR5 memory is standard on the 570 and it has two 6-pin power connectors. It's priced competitively and it's a great card for high-end gaming.

i presume you mean a pci-express card that will work with a 400watt psu ... anyway you will be looking at the budget/low end cards since the mid range cards tend to require 450watt and the high end from 550watts upwards
so in your price range the "Visiontek 900301 Radeon HD 5750 Video Card"( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… ) will run with a 400watt psu and supports the latest direct x 11 api ...
but why not do this.... lower the budget for the card...and get the "ASUS EN9800GT/DI/512MD3 GeForce 9800 GT Video Card"( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… ) for $109 .... then buy a "OCZ ModXStream Pro Power Supply - 600-Watt, Modular"( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… ) for a bargain price of $49
the geforce 9800gt is a excellent card and the ocz 600watt modstream is a awesome psu with more than enough power to run this card.... infact 600watt would run two 9800gt cards if your motherboard supports it
with $109 as a budget ( allowing for the ocz psu) you could also afford the "EVGA 512-P3-1140-TR GeForce GTS 250 Video Card"( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… ) ... i have the XFX version of the gts250 and its a amazing card... it has a 638mhz core clock and 512mb of gddr3 memory running at 1100mhz(2200mhz ddr effective ) ....
also check out the "Sapphire 100245HDMI Radeon HD 4850 Video Card"( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… ) ,probally the best sub $150 radeon card there is and will run all of todays games
i recommend you get the HD4850 along with the OCZ 600watt psu and this comes to just under $160.....job done !
any problems let me know
good luck mate !
