how do you write a nice email to people from other countries?

im gonna be a salesman doing international trade.The major way of communication is to use email.You know?okay,here is the problem,as i know,lots of buyers read emails fast,like one email every 3 seconds.well,actually i dont if thats true.Anyways,the question is how to write a nice email at the first time,so that it can attract the buyers,and then they would love to reply my email???
any advice or experience you would like to share?XXX

Hey Nathan,
I am a sales person too and I agree to the fact that not most of them don't open you e-mail.
The best way to make them open your e-mail is to have a catchy subject, it could be in terms of rate, features and benefits of the product you sell. Make sure that you research on the company understand what could possible be their interest and accordingly link the benefits of your services. When you talk about their issues and how you can help them then they will like to talk to you. but few sales just talk about themselves and their company for which most of the top guys have no time for.

Well Nathan, it really depends. Some like to interact via e-mail and some over the phone.
You can have selected company;s that you would like to go after and make sure your research is appropriate and you can try calling them, in case if they are not interested then you can make an attempt to send them e-mail on to why you are trying to reach them and what benefits they can avail.
But it is very imp to keep you message to the point, don't write stories,(it holds same when you are the phone as well) because if you first 2 lines are not catchy then they will not read the rest.
