how do you deal if you are in a bad mood?

hello everyone, I just want to ask you guys, how do you deal if you are in a bad mood?. Especially if you cannot show it to other people. I only do is to watch some funny movie and then forget my problem and at the same time to forget my bad mood. But sometimes I cant even help it to get mad. So, how about you? how do you deal with this? share it to us.

I just stay silent when I'm in a bad mood because the more I will say then the worse I will feel. Usually my bad mood doesn't go longer. I just need to rest myself and seclude so that others won't also get affected.

thanks for your response, yeah, you are right it is better to keep silence than talk and talk which we will gonna hurt someone accidentally even they don't have the fault that make us mad. So, the better thing to do is to keep silence. which we will find ourselves to relax and think. thanks again.

You can't hear anything from me if I'm in a bad mood. I don't talk to anybody. I become recluse. I listen to music and I eat. I don't watch movies because if I do that, I won't be able to understand a thing from the movie, because my mind's gonna be pre-occupied with things about that something which gave me a bad mood. (:

hello thanks for your response, yep! all you do is to eat and eat. we are different all I do is to watch and waste my time until bad mood release. I even don't talk to anybody which they make obvious that I have a bad mood. it relax our mind when we have something to do. right? thanks again.

Personally sometimes it is hard to show others when you are in a Bad mood without wanting to jump on someone or something and then end up regretting what you said and did later. I know many times when I am in a Bad mood from something, I will usually first try to avoid the situation if it was person based by telling them nicely I do not feel like talking, and then I just try to calm down and usually when I get home come home and a lot of times will come in here and post in myLot which usually helps make everything a little better as well.

When I'm in a bad mood, I also have a tendency of flaring up even on very trivial things. That's why I usually try to keep silent since I might say something that I'll regret after. But if I have time, I usually take a stroll around our neighborhood. The roads are lined up with trees and that has a calming effect on me.

hello thanks for your response, I also do flaring up. Yes, because if we are in a bad mood we accidentally said what we didn't mean too and at the end we will hurt someones feelings and we will gonna regret it. That is why it is better to keep our bad mood by ourselves. right? thanks again.

Ok if i'm in class and have a bad moss, i just keep quiet. Usually i love talking but when I'm angry i dont talk at all and my friends can pretty much tell that i'm in a bad mood. Or I just listen to my ipod. Music helps me relax a lot..

hello thanks for your response, Well, at least you have something to do when you are in a bad mood. Me too when I get mad at the school all I do is to keep quiet and that's it because if I do talk I might hurt someones feeling specially when they tease me and I am in a bad mood. grrr! I really make mad.. but i should relax.. LOL thanks again

Hey Tina :) today I am bad mood too, because I am sick and I have a lot of work who need to do :( But I can't because sickness takes away forces... I look in the mirror and I'm so pale, so pale as snow outside the window. This is not my day and this day nothing make me feel better...

The usual things I do when I am not in mood are, eat lots of black chocolates and listen with my favorite songs. These maybe too little, but it really does help me in managing my mood sway. Sometimes, keeping yourself busy helps you get rid bad moods.

just like you, whenever i"m in a bad mood i try making it go away by listening to a happy music that i like or by going to the beach. sometimes i just prefer to declare the people around me that i"m in a bad mood so they won"t bother me too much. if i really can"t handle with this mood then i just try to lie in bad and fall asleep until this bad feeling would dissappear.

When I'm in a bad mood, I find some quiet time alone. I stay away from people until my feel subsides. I just find comfort in watching my fave tv series and movies, listening to classical music, and reading. Sometimes, I go out and just walk around or I eat my comfort food such as cheeseburger and sweets.

When Im in a bad mood, I usually go and take a brisk walk. Just take a time out of the things that sets you in a bad mood. This somehow makes me feel better. A change of environment even for a few minutes can help.

If i am in a bad mood usually i don not talk much to anyway, but later i realize that its not a good idea then i would read some books or have a window shopping playing games in the internet, or just watching some funny movies so that my mind will be relax an then talk and talk and talk.

whenever i'm in a bad mood, i go to my room locked the door and tell everyone that i don't want to get disturb.Wonder why? there are two things i do if im mad. One thing is I make a poem or a short story. I have lots of ideas when im in the bad mood. and the other thing i did is meditate. that is the best and peaceful way of dealing bad moods because when u meditate, you cleanse your soul and all the bad vibes disappear. I does not take a whole day to do so. even just 15 minutes all the bad moods had been erased. try it and you'll benefit a lot from it...

If I am in a very bad mood, I will just go do one of things I love to do on my own. I would release my stress by watching 3 movies in a row and just numb everything. I will play video games for hours until my mind is completely off the anger/bad mood. I will also read books and comics to soothe my stress and mood. One of these things usually is enough to calm me down.

hello friend! when i am feeling so bad i do not talk so much.want to stay alone and listen some music.i can control myself so if that time i have to meet with others then i can do it very easily but only my best friend know that my mood is off.i also watch funny movies that time i feel so happy.sometimes i cry a lot.i can not stay sadly long time.so i do something for on my mood.i like to laugh so much. thanks a lot.

Hello Tiina, Don't tell me about the moments when I'm not in a good mood! It doesn't happen too often, but when it happens, it is better to run from my way. I usually get mad and I'm testy, and my close friends are the one who suffer from my bad mood. When I am back to myself, I feel sorry for what I've done and I pay my excuses to them. They got used to me and usually they don't pay attention to me when I am in a bad mood. They let me calm down as they know it will pass.

If my colleagues upsets me then i try to control it and when things get worst I avoid talking or try and be sarcastic, but if it my family or close friends then i shout at them or just leave the place to avoid unnecessary conversation.. There are at time when i really went mad I have broken things. So far I have broke 2 cell phones and three watches.. I know its crazy but at times you really get mad and even after that things doesn't get settled then I cry :-(...

This is a very normal feeling everyday. Were dealing with this especially at work,with our boss. And really difficult to show it to them because we might lose our job..hehehe.. But if course to forget that bad mood, we should not put it on our head,just think that it will pass soon and most of all wait for the tome out to escape the boss and forget that bad mood. Because once your out of the office everything will be left there..:-)
