laser teeth whitening

I havent tried that laser thing, but if you dont mind, please share your experience with me in this forum after you done doing that.. :D In my experience, my dentist always tell me to try natural ways for whitening my teeth (i often drink tea till i get that yellow teeth.. XD ) Have you tried using a toothpaste for smokers? it works better that other toothpaste you know.. :) Consume less sugar, brush your teeth immediately after having meal, dont smoke, consume tea or coffee less often..thats what i do to keep my teeth from yellow-ing :) or you can ask your dentist for whitening your teeth without laser.. or just ask your dentist whats the best way to do that..which fit you.. and i hope it works! :) Good luck!
