How do you choose your dog breed?

I choose the breed by doing alot of research into that breeds needs such as grooming, energy levels etc then i figure out which breed would go best with my lifestyle as i'm constantly on the go a large breed dog would not work for me i need a dog that can come were ever i am and not get in the way I also need a dog witha lower energy level so they can come to work with me and not get in the way as well as not need walks as my life does not permit time for this. once i have narrowed that down i start looking into breeders and getting refrences about breeders from local vets i also look into inherited health concerns with the breed as all breeds have helth concerns you need to know. this is how i ended up with two Pomeranian who fit my life perfectly

We chose our dog based on the kind that we like and how he acted when he met him.
