Winter is almost gone now. So before summer arrives, I wanted to have toned arms =D Can any of you suggest me any good exercises that does exactly that. Please don't recommend me something copied from the articles on the internet. Please suggest me some exercises that has worked on your arms. Thank you.

I have been having good exercises with my arms since my baby was born 5 months ago, you know why? Because I have to lift the car seat everywhere I go with him, plus, he is a BIG baby so it gets very heavy very quick, he weighs 18 pounds now and the carseat is 12 pounds I think... For girl like me who has noodle arms, it is very heavy for me, I cannot pick it up with only hands for too long and walk. I have to lift it up on my arms to carry it. And my arms are so toned and strong now.

It's good that you have a very healthy baby. Maybe i should just start carrying my books and stuffs in a hand bag too. Thanks for the response. Have a good day.

Hmmmm, I do 5 counts (that's all I can afford to do) of push-ups and 2 minutes hula hoop on my arms 3 times a week. So far, my arms are looking good as far as my standards of "good" is concerned. (:

Wow i am really bad at push-ups. I can hardly do one count of a proper push up. Well i'm good at hula hoops but only around my waist. Can i use the same big hula hoop on my arms as well??

yep. It's what I use on my arms, a bit painful but it's tolerable so your arms should be fine. (:

Tricep Dips - Crunching up and down for fitter arms!
Hey thatgirl, What I do is I have an Exerplay Healthrider bike and I use it five days a week. While I am on my bike I use 2 lb weights and while riding it I lift my weights up and down. You can do tricep dips also as you will be using a great deal of your arms to sustain the up and down movements.. Which basically you can put a chair behind you and scoot up and down with your arms, making sure that feet are pointed up and using the force of your heels to lift you. Here is a picture you can see how it is done.

This one is good. Just be careful and watch what you're doing if you don't want to have more muscles. Slim arms differs a lot with musculine arms. :)
