chocolate pralines

Hey guys..anyone know how to make a chocolate pralines with a fluid/liquid filling? i already search information about that but only found a few information, and i dont know which one is correct... some sources tell me that i have to add some glucose to the fluid/liquid so it will become thicker,then it will become easier to use the fluid/liquid as filling inside the chocolate pralines.. somebody please help me.. thank you very much..!
