Have you planted this yourself? Beacause of the shape of the leaves and their placement on the branches, the only answer that I can come up with is that its a Poemgranate tree. Wait and see what kind of flowers it produces, then you can know for sure.

hello kalyani. I also think its pomegranate. Its not mine. Its at my frnd home. I was thinking to take its cutting. Are u a gardening expert ? Bcos i have many questions. Myself amit chugh from haryana.

You can take a cutting from that tree, Pomegranates grow well with cuttings too. Though I am not really an expert, I do some gardening and try to get around and know a few things too. I will be definitely glad to help you out as much as I can. :) You are welcome to ask questions!
