Do you think Facebook causes drama, confusion, and even fights?

I use Facebook a lot, and I realize there is a drama and confusion because of it. People post their statuses, comments, and information on this famous website.

Facebook is not a place for your personal drama. It SHOULD be a place to post your happy family and friend happenings and sometimes a sad happening, but drama and airing your dirty laundry has no place there. I have had to explain this to my daughter-in-law several times because she posted nasty comments about my son. I told her that was not the place for such. I know his faults and I certainly don't want to log on and find something ugly about my child on there. People don't keep personal things personal anymore and they seem to think that the more drama going on the better. Just makes me wonder what they do in their spare time.

i think people need to be more careful about what they post on there facebook if you wouldnt want your boss, your parents or even grandparent seeing it dont post it. people lose there jobs over facebook not to mention if you are looking for a job alot of employers will check out your facebook account first

I don't think facebook is the root of the drama, confusion and fights. It is just stupid people being stupid people. If they weren't on facebook calling each other names or picking fights or spreading rumors, they would just do it the way we used to do it before facebook was around. They would call friends and say nasty things, they would pass notes in school, they would shout or murmur insults at the person when they saw them on the street or playground or work or wherever they run into each other.
It hasn't caused anything, it has just provided another way of doing things that have been done since the beginning of time.

Yes, for sure. I have seen all kinds of drama because of it already, and I am sure the problem will get even worse, the more active people become there.
