Both are good for health in many ways, and as you said is true vegetable are having lot more goods than non veges..eating lot of veges is lot better than eating non veges that can result increasing lot of fats in our body, but they also give lot flesh to people who are skinnier. There are lot of people who think veges are the best and take it up as their routine to eat them alot, nowadays people also consume lot of non veges especially fried chicken from restaurants

I know many friends who are crazy about non-veg food and always suggest to order non-veg if we are together for lunch/dinner. I am not a fan of non-veg food and always prefer to have veg food if available, I do eat non-veg when someone with me is preferring non-veg. It's up to individual.

Hi, I like both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Of course, eating vegetarian food is more healthy as it does not contain meat. But most of them are make from flour and vegetables. The most I like about vegetarian food is the texture and taste can be exactly like non vegetarian food. For example : vegetarian roasted stew pork, the taste is excellent and I love eating it too. Actually if you were buddhist, you can choose to eat vegetarian food every first and fifteen of the month, it is kinda of respect to GOD.

that great actually am also vegeterian because of my religious reasons.actually it is always good to be vegeterian because you can get everything in a vegeterian food but you cannot get everything in a nonvegeterian food.

Himanshu, Everything that can be eaten is good as long as it is eaten in moderation. We humans of the modern world have developed liking to certain food and have become snakaholics. That is the root cause of all the bad that happens due to food. Remember your parents "Forcing" you to eat something that you hated? It happens to everyone. Turns out that it was good for you! I was born into a vegetarian family and also have protein intolerance due to a disease of pancreas. So I do not have a choice. I am a vegetarian and eat all that is available from the plant kingdom.

Hi Himan where have you been. Its been a long time not hear from you. Honestly I miss you discussion. So welcome back and why you are gone so long. I personally don't mind with both I eat all kind of food except red meat. I made exception for it because I found its better for me. So favorite food in my house is fish and seafood. I think you can find meat nutrition substitution in bean or other vegetable thats contain Iron. I think we meet so many vegetarian who had great live because he now how to combine his food to meet her daily intake.

I am not a vegetarian as such although I am not keen on red meat and rarely eat it. I suppose people that are on vegetarian diets have to have the knowledge on how to ensure their diets contain all the appropriate nutrients and vitamins. Balance and common sense are the keys to eating to sustain good health and either veg or non-veg can be just as healthy if properly managed.

I personally eat both kinds of food, but our family tends to go toward the non vegetarian food more often than we do the vegetarian food. I think that the reason that we do this is because of the upbringing that both my husband and myself had. I have tried many vegetarian variations of foods that I've always been familiar with, but I don't think that I would ever be able to reteach myself to cook in a way that is different from what I've been doing all my life.

Its very true both food items, veg as well as non veg has its own merits and demerits. The benefiting part depends on how much quantity you are consuming of both. If you are taking more of non veg it is definitely harmful as it increases obesity, harms your control on anger, worsens your body odor, etc. But having those in limits will help to keep you fit and fine. It will give you enough protein, etc. At the same time veg food is very good as far as vitamins are concerned. So you need to have your diets proper to be healthy and fit. I feel vegetarian food is always good but you should include non veg in between.
