When you are a kind, a generous, a helping hand and a giving person people seem to take advantage of you. It is hard to say: " No !". How do you do it?

I am always present for my good friends. I know that they had been and will be present if I ask for some help, but it is not in my nature, and I prefer to give than to receive from friends. Talking of acquaintances, I know how to say "No", but if somebody insists and asks many times, I can give a "Yes" to not burn bridges with this person, but I hate myself and find myself too weak when I do this.

It sounds as you and your friends are doing reciprocal gestures for one another. How wonderful to healthy friendship relations. I thank you for your positive response.

I always hard to say "NO" to others,so that's make me in a big trouble. But things changed, while I'm in the bad situation, it's hard to get "YES" from me.

I didn't like to say "no" to others either because I was afraid to let others down even if "yes" would mean something unpleasant to myself. Then i tell myself all the way that you don't have to make yourself do something against your will. When people ask, they actually have forecast that may get a "no".so just refuse if you don't like to and let them know why.i think people will understand.
