Hi all, I wanted to share my experience of being first time in Sea water, sea shore. I did water biking and at end the swimmer took all of us in deep water and drop us. As i don't how to swim it was terrifying, Felt like i will die! 
But then the swimmer pulled me out. I wont do that again 
I agree Goa is beautiful!! if you have any chance please do visit.

Nice experience you had, Yogesh! I myself hate water. Even though I live close to a beach in Goa I never go to the beach. But sea water is good for the body. Also, the way to overcome fears is by facing them. May be one day I will be courageous enough to go para sailing.
