Can anybody teach me the best way to earn here at myLot co'z Im just a new member.

yes take more friends here then when they have a new discussion here you will easily reply on it... does earning here will be easy for you and you have to post relevant to the discussion....

There are quite a few ways to earn additional earnings and ways of making the most of your time here.
My advice would be to make friends. Then focus on supporting there discussions, a few newbies and maybe a couple of the popular discussions with the day.
When I first joined I posted 6 to each of my friends and then moved on, if your times limited then try a couple and also submit at least two discussions a day. (make sure you add images to your responses and your own discussions)
Last try to gain some referrals. (help encourage them to post if you do get any)
