Which media player should i use for playing (.rar) file?

Hi friends,
I always download movie from internet but always face a problem. I can download but i can't use that file as it's rar file maximum time. Can any friend tell me which media player can play (.rar) file and from where i can download it free???? plz plz plz

Hi kh,
Al, John and Genius were right. You can't directly play files that are compressed as in .rar file extensions. You need to extract them first to a separate folder, I always contain them in a folder to avoid strewing the contents around, usually on my desktop.

You can't play a .rar file. You need to extract it first, as the first poster said. A .rar file is like a .zip file were it's compressed for faster upload and download. Although I think you should be careful with downloading .rar and .zip files from torrent sites because they ususally contain viruses.
