Hi Dear Lyuesong! First of all warm Welcome to Mylot! I can understand that you have got bored of over time! But then from your Avatar I feel you are an youngster and this is the time when you should take the challenges to become some one worth noticing in the Society! I am 50 today and I am in a job where I may be called any time or attending my job and I have been doing this job for last 25 years without any complain I am a Senior Stud Vet working for a stud farm where we are breeding Thoroughbreds for the purpose of racing! We are having about 35 horses which are spread across the area of about 15 acres. I need to look after these horses! As ours is a breeding unit where we use all the possible recently updated scientific techniques to get a young horse and the horses are really expensive ones, I am always under pressure! But I never allow this pressure to over ride me! I have just returned back after my morning schedule and having a cup of tea again I will be going to work for my afternoon work! Thus here I am not blowing my own trumpet but I am trying to explain that if we want to be successful in our lives, we need to be different from others and since you are getting over time,you are one of those blessed lot as your work has been appreciated by your company and that is the reason they are ready to pay you more, instead of recruiting another person! So be positive and don't ever complain about this issue and try to convert your tiredness as your energy and fight it out! All the best! Thanks !
