our life has its ups and down,with that each individual has different ways in coping with stress. As for me, I deal with it with chocolates,sleep and a good movie.
what are +he other effective stress management do you practice?

hi there. i deal with so much stress all the time :( but sometimes i cant just sleep on them because i think about them so much like my problems. but sometimes when i think i can handle then, i just think over them on how to take care of them one by one, and when i feel like i have solutions, i would also watch my favorite show on my laptop, get some rest/sleep and then maybe go out for a stroll and window shop at the mall :)

talking to or venting out to someone about your feelings and thoughts will lessen the burden and stress that you feel. You'll tend to feel more relax and less choked by the situation. Sometimes brainstorming it with someone will help you analyze the situation properly and will probably find solutions a lot more faster that doing it all on your own hehehe...
