It always happens to me whenever I try to log in to some of my PTC sites and then a message will appear saying multiple accounts are logged in in my IP address or account. When I'm 100% sure that no one else is using my IP address because my wifi is security-enabled. Does anyone of you experiences this also? Please advice what to do. After I send ticket to the admin about the situation, hours later, it will be ok. But it's so frustrating if everyday I'll send ticket.

Yeah I experience the same thing. And yes it is frustrating that I need to submit a support ticket to the admin every now and then explaining and defending my honesty. Some replies they told me is maybe I am sharing an IP address among the neighbors and that I should contact my IP network provider.

First you should find out from your ISP if you are using a dynamic or static IP. If you are using wireless broadband, chances are, you have dynamic IP and all you have to do is on/off your modem whenever you have that message. If you have static IP and still get that message, then you must have a canopy type connection, in chich ALL of your neighbors are using the same IP.. I don't know any solution for that.
