NIGHTMARE bad dream

when i was sleeping i had dreamed falling through a bottomless pit suddenly i screamed so loud my wife woke me up my chest was pounding and sweaty i told my wife that i had bad dream falling into a bottomless pit whew it scares me

i had continuous nightmares a few weeks ago. I don't actually remember what happened but i cried in my sleep and had tears even when i woke up. This happened for like 4days in a row. I don't know what it means -.-
