Sir alex ferguson has passed the record of sir matt busby train a few weeks ago. In his periods, we can say sir alex has got everything.
But, of course the trainer cannot train forever. So who is the substitute? who can continue the glorious sir matt and sir alex?

I've mention earlier in other discussion, that there were already some candidates which were publicly discussed by press and fans.
Start from Mourinho, David Moyes, to Solksjaer, and the latest is Alex McLeish of Birmingham, who was just leading Birmingham to get their Carling Cup for the first in 48 years by beating Arsenal!
And wahyuu, who do you think yourself will become one?

Yeah, I'm a MU fans too.
So, I think you should send your application to Fergie as soon as possible, before he pick another successor :D
About Pep Guardiola, I don't think he would get away from Barca so easily. Not to mention he tends to loyal to his club also.
