How big is the effect of stress on a woman against her menstrual cycle? And is it possible the delay period until a week more because of stress?
If anyone has personal experience please tell me

A woman's menstrual cycle there is rarely a smooth course regularly, there is only one time the disturbance. Woman's the atmosphere of life, such as fatigue, the influence of high stress, like exams etc..

A woman's menstrual cycle there is rarely a smooth course regularly, there is only one time the disturbance. Woman's menstrual cycle is very easily influenced by the atmosphere of life, such as fatigue, the influence of high stress, like exams etc.. This obviously would disrupt the menstrual cycle.

My personal experience has been up to 3 weeks late from stress! It's crazy sounding but it is true. Even worse is when you are super stressed out and then work out like crazy. My aunt did that and went A YEAR without her period!! It is definitely something to keep in mind and learn from. Nothing in this life is so drastic that you need to stress out that bad about it. If you believe in God, just remember he'll help you through it and it all happens for a reason. If you don't, then remember that you have friends and loved ones who care for you and are there for you no matter what. And if you dont have friends, then see that someone cared enough to give advice and hopes you are doing well :) HOpe I helped ^_^

I have experienced being so stressed that I didnt have my period for a month. Its hard on your body. Stress causes your body to put off some kime of chemical that will prevent it if there is too much. The best way to advoid this is to learn to relax. Take a bubble bath, read a good book, spend time with family and friends, just do something to help relive the stress

I tend to have anxiety easily I've even took meds to help but at most my period would be either abnormally short like only two days or abnormally long like about a week which is'nt normal for me. Birth control pills can help regulate your cycle so it is'nt as unpreditable, It never hurts to bring up things like irregular periods when speaking with your doctor just to make sure everything is as it is supposed to be.

My period pain on day one is very painful and then the rest of my monthly cycle isn't painful. I know that airline travel through many time zones can confuse the body clock. Therefore the period could come earlier or later than expected. I had a busy and stressful week that made my period come one week later once before.
