I had joined Readbud and worked on rating the articles. When I reached the minimum payout amount of $50, I requested for payment. That had been nearly 2 months now, and I still have not received the payment. So, I have not stopped wasting time on the program. The articles are very good, very informative.

I'm in a different situation with readbud, meaning I wasn't redirected to other sites. I had the opportunity to read all the articles for the day and rate them. I reached the payout limit and even above, so when I reached $64, I requested payment. I got the message that my payment request will be proceeded and I'll have my money in 30 days. That was in December, 2010. As you know, more than 30 days have passed since then. I sent a support ticket asking about my payment 3 weeks ago, still no response. I don't think this site is legit, even more - I think it's one of the biggest scams. Bottom line, it was too good to be true. I wouldn't waste my time, if I were you.

Readbud is one of the best known scam sites around. As mentioned most people stop receiving articles to read before they can even reach the minimum payout; those who do manage to get to $50 rarely receive payment. A few people have popped up claiming to have been paid recently, or offering payment proofs, but these are few and far between. I would not suggest you continue wasting your time with readbud, move on to something more legitimate. Birdie -

I'm not a member of this site and don't really know what you do on it but I heard it's a scam by a few different people. I wouldn't bother if many people said it was a scam because it might not be but so what it has a bad rating then leave it. Just stick to mylot. Happy mylotting, mylotters.

Readbus is a scam. There are many people that haven't riceved them payments.

read bud is scam....please dont work with that..i have been a member from past one year...i reached $ 50 and requested for payout ...i didnt get even a single $ yet...time waste....so dont try that...100% scam

I'm thankful for coming across this post and just to think I was about to join that site and try them out until I thought "hm maybe i should see the reviews on this site before I do anything" and boy am I glad. Thanks for the informative message I just hope others who joined read bud quit. Oh yea I like your avatar april ,its pretty cute XD.
