The ipad, is truly an excellent innovation. The ipad is still pretty expensive for your every day middle class person, but there are a lot of perks to it, but i guess iam a old fashion type of Guy, i prefer the hardback books, where you can turn the page to you next adventure. I guess one day we all will evolve, but i want go down without a fight lol. What do you think about Innovation are you a ipad user or you read hardback books, and what are the perks and the flaws involved with the ipad?

I don't have an iPad, but I have an e-book reader, which works in a very similar way, and it is very convenient, especially when you are travelling etc. So I recommend those who can, to try one (or an iPad). I still read regular books as well though!

Well Douglas, I do not own an Ipad, but I do have a Kindle. I do agree with you that there is nothing like actually opening a book in your hands and physically turning the pages as you make your way through the adventure. I think even the smell of the book paper itself adds to the experience. That being said I am an avid reader, and usually read two or three books at a time, more now that I own a Kindle. I am still usually reading at least one honest to goodness, feel the weight in your hands hardcover, but the convenience of being able to have hundreds of books on hand anywhere I go is absolutely irresistible.
