Blocked Feature in Paypal?

Many of this days hackers invading other account. And like online thief. I was wondering if paypal has a blocking feature which blocked email address of certain person? If they do,please advise. I love to know it.

It is the right decision. I am supporting the paypal management in this. And yes, they have to stop the game of hackers.

I agree with everything said. I have my paypal tied to my account and one day someone hacked in to my paypal and stole a great amount of money from my bank. it too me 2 months to get all of it back as the bank kept giving me the run around and so di d paypal.
