Cheap Flat to rent in Macau and Dakak

A friend of mine will be visting Macau on June 10-13. He is looking for a cheep flat to stay in. After Macau, he will be visiting Dakak by August 31- Sept 2. This will be his visit the place alone. Can you give him some tips to economize his stays.
I have no idea about his question to me since I haven't visited the place at the same time no relatives residing on Macau nor Dakak.

A lot of travel agency are located in our place, Las Piñas City. If you want to save, you should ask him to make a booking now, instead of waiting for a month before his travel. Almost all travel agencies are offering a low price of ticket especially the date (June 10-13 and Aug. 31-sept 2)is already non-peak season, means the price is already an almost 50% discount.
There are two means of buying a ticket, one is over the counter (travel agencies) or online selling but you should have a credit card.
For the cottage or hotel to stay, the travel agencies or the airline may give you a package for meal, ticket transfer from airport to hotel and the hotel. also, a lot of cheap airline is available during the dates you mentioned. Maybe you can act now before it will increase the price. By the way where he will come from?
