Brushing and flossing saves your heart

I have read some articles that taking care of teeth like brushing your teeth three times or more in a day and flossing it even once a day will make our heart healthy.
Because oral bacteria can enter your bloodstream and may trigger plaque build-up
in your arteries. Me, I don't floss regularly, How about you? Do you floss your teeth after you brush?

It's true, according to a 2010, U.K. study says that people who brush less than two times a day had a 70% higher risk of having heart disease than those who brush three times or more in a day. Oral bacteria can enter your bloodstream and may trigger a plaque buildup in arteries.

Wow! That's pretty interesting. I had never heard that before. I really am not good at taking care of my teeth. I brush them at least once a day and rarely ever use floss. I guess I need to step up my game huh?

I don't floss my teeth. Usually I will rinse my mouth if there is food stuck on my teeth. As for brushing my teeth, I do it in the morning and at night before I sleep.
