Your Opinion Please On On-Bux ( file a dispute now or later?)

It has been three weeks since I requested my $70+++ pay-out on on-bux. I am afraid that on-bux will turn scam and I will not receive my payment. But I am still hoping that the admin will soon fix the problem and will be back into the normal operation. On-bux is one of my favorite PTC site and if I will file a dispute, there is a possibility that my account will be banned. I am confused right now, what will be the right decision to make.
To give you an overview of my earnings on on-bux: (Net Loss)
Total Investment - $ 225.00
Total Earnings - $ 181.55 ($70+++ pending payment is not included.)
Net Loss - (43.45)
I got $65 earnings from club-asteria and that contributes on my investment on on-bux. I purchase 100 rented referrals every week from my main balance and I withdraw the remaining amount.
I have a total of $ 185 investment on paypal and $ 40 from alertpay. If I am going to file a dispute, can I get the whole amount of $225.00 (from paypal and alertpay)?
I badly needed your opinions. Thank you.

Well if I were you i would have filed a dispute. the site is still on and dunno how long will it last. so its better to file a dispute now then filing it after the site is closed down.
contact admin now and tell him to pay him or else your are filing a dispute.

I just read that onbux was on the "watch list". That means no investments on the site. On the other hand, I asked my payment from onbux today and they paid me immediatly. I wonder how is it that they paid me (about $5) and they do not pay you. I would be more interested in you than in me as a member.
Couldn´t you contact the site first asking what´s keeping them from paying you?
I hope it all gets solved.
