It's been six years already and I still love to go to Ireland. I forgot the movie title, but I have watched one with scenes taken in ireland. I love the violet colored flowers, i love the place as its got so many flowery hills.. I live in the philippines and we have so many places that are nice too but I find Ireland really different. I dont know. who else wants to go to ireland?

I love a place like Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland where there are hills and vast green grazing area, and to me they offer serenity. Not to mention the legends... Love legends and myths.

Just like you, What I love best about these places are the hills and its colorful flowers which makes me feel relaxed. Just by watching at pics with scenes taken from Ireland is already relaxing, how much more being actually there

Yes, I often looked at pictures of Santorini in Greece and it feels like I should be there some day. To experience the warmth of close white houses on top of a hill with blue top and facing the clear blue grace of the Aegan ocean.

I'm from Ireland and have the oposite feelings as much as I love the place I find the landscape boring and ordinary and you certainly get used to anything when you live in the country . I'm currently liveing in England and plan to emigrate to America which shows how much I don't want to go back to Ireland .

Maybe because you live there your whole life . Its human nature to find and see new things too. Like you, I also want to visit new places and for me that new place is Ireland. I am also the type of person who would like to stay in a place like Ireland. I don't want to live in the City.

Your point is entirely true, it's certainly correct in the sense that people get used to living in one place and it becomes natural to them . Although I don't really like Ireland for the sake of religion still mattering and not in the nice way, the troubles may be over but there not gone that's for sure .

Thanks for the warning BOBMNU. I was hoping to just walk by foot when Im already on the area but I know its impossible especially when you are not familiar with the place. Walking on foot was a product of my imagination that I want to come true whenever I go visit there. But of course I have to take advices from those that have already been there like you. thanks

Yes. that is exactly why I love Ireland-the scenery. Its just so relaxing and calming looking at those pictures..how much more being actually there. I was told everything in Dublin Ireland is expensive, what about other places? Is it the same? In that case, I may have to exert more efforts in my work to save for my travel in the future..

I live in England and it is next door to Ireland. There is Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom and it has the city of Belfast. There is also the Republic of Ireland and it has the city of Dublin. I studied in Wales and from there I caught a ferry across to Dublin. I stayed for one day and night there before coming back to Wales. I would like to see more of lovely Ireland but it is unlikely. That is because I like to fly far away to destinations the other side of the world. This year I went to Colombia, last year I went to Canada and the year before I went to South Africa. I would love to go island hopping and snorkeling in the Philippines.

You live near Ireland and you like to go to far places, I live in the Philippines but I love to go to Ireland...If only we can exchange places temporarily, it would have been easier. What I like most about Ireland is their place with so many flowers..I think if Id go there, I wont stay in the city. I love to live in the mountains of ireland..

I have never been there, but I have a friend, who visited the country for a year. She was very happy over there, and she said, that Ireland has the most inspiring and beautiful nature she has ever seen, so I would really love to visit it.

Good to hear that. Wow your friend stayed in Ireland for a year? I can only wish for that. It will be enough for me to stay there for a week or two...oh maybe your friend's original plan was just to stay for a week or two and then she really fell in love with the place and extended her stay. I really love Ireland and the Irish cultures too.
