27 feburary was the great day for cricket where the tournament hot favourite india clashed with england.eafter india posted the massive total of 338 every one believed that india was going to win easily but that was not the case ,,england made a solid reply to thw indian total and the end result was tie.......

It was a fantastic match between two equally matched sides. I loved the batting of the little master. And the batting of Strauss reminded me of the way Gooch swept India out of the 1987 world cup. Hopefully this match kicks off some really exciting matches in the world cup. Cheers! Ram

surely it was a nice match. this shows that indian pitches are good to bat even under lights. England started beautifully and played in same way as the indian, without lossing wickets. and strauss played a good captains innings to counter sachin's century.

ya strauss played a blistering knokk for his team but both the teams werw in the position to win the match and both would be disappointed that they could not win but that was a good match...
