im a night owl and i dont sleep well either .. i go to bed late and when i wake up no matter how long i sleep the next morning i still dont feel rested like i have not had enough sleep.. i miss my good sleeping days too..but i need to get myself in a better habit and go to bed earlier.. just got in such a habit its hard to do..

Welcome to the working world! Is it because you're working late that is why you're not getting enough sleep? Or you just can't sleep at night but just toss and turn in bed? If it's the first case, then, you can't do anything about it because that's your work schedule. If it's the second case, try to relax before going to bed. Don't think about work. In both cases, though, if you can, take some naps during the day.

I do not get enough sleep either. I love to sleep a little later when I can on Sunday morning. I would have to go to bed and be asleep by 9pm in order to 8 hours at night.

I'm currently in this situation. I had lots of sleepless days and not enough sleep due to my work. Its night shift and its tough. Hopefully I could get a hang of this soon...

Hello apple!
Maybe you're not yet used to having a job or work to think about and just like what staria said that you are still adjusting to your work atmosphere.
Well I'm the opposite I guess as I easily fall asleep because I felt tired after work. I have to stay up late also in order to finish some tasks but I have been used to it already. So I just sleep as much as I could when given the chance.
Stop thinking about those things that worry you as these things are the common reason of uneasiness and usually doesn't allow us to sleep.

Maybe you are still adjusting w/ your work atmosphere. And if you need to get up early for work, your body clock might be adjusting as well. You'll get by in time. For the meantime try to free your mind from clutter when you lie down in bed. Or read or watch TV before bedtime, that'll help you. Good luck!

Do you work on a night shift or you can't sleep because of stress? If you work on a night, well there's nothing you can do until your schedule of work is in day. But if
you can't sleep because of stress or things bothering in your mind maybe try to relax
or drink maybe a cup of milk before sleeping.
