Sorry to sim000, but it seems a bit to early to tell wether it's a scam or a legitimate site. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it turns out, but don't invest in it. You forgot to say that it's upto $.04 not $.04. I would proceed with caution. I hope that all turns out alright for you. Best of Luck!
