I believe they're still paying so I'd say it's legit. As was mentioned by jpace123 above, you will have to pay a recurring fee every 7 days. And if you don't have your own downlines then you're just making your upline richer. If you can get your own downlines or if you can sign up under an upline who is a networker then it's worth to join the program since you can earn every week so long as the downlines don't quit. As for me, I prefer joining investment programs that do not require referrals to earn. That's why I only signed up for 2 money-cycler programs.

Even if it is legit, I think it will be very hard to earn money, since it costs $9.00 every 7 days. I don't think I could get referrals quick enough to start earning money to break even, much less make a profit.
