often we excuse ourselves of misdemeanors thinking that what we do are little compared to what others are doing.

True! White lies are still lies. Petty theft is still theft. In goernmentm corruption in the municipal level is the same type of corruption in the national level. No matter how small a dishonest act is, it's still dishonesty. And what's scary is that when we are used to doing small dishonesties, it makes us callous and more confident in doing the bigger dishonesties. The more you do it, it becomes a part of you. A habit that will eventually be hard to break one day. And that's unfortunate.

We justify alot of things by thinking how awful others are. I think you start with while lies you are more apt to tell the black ones. Honesty is part of trust. If you are honest with people then they will trust you easier. Honesty is a monumental thing and needs to be at the top of the list at all times.

If the person do the great things successfully is also failed in doing a small things.

I do believe that Lies are always lies no matter what color it is. As the saying goes Big things starts from small beginnings. Sometimes people just grab the opportunity to steal even in just a small amount especially if they are in the government having a big position and through this small corruption. They will evolve into a big one and then millions and billions. Lies are always lies and no matter how small it is it is still a sin. We should not start sinful things no matter how small they are if we don't want to evolve it into a big one. Like smoking.... if a person starts to smoke even if it is just 1 stick later it will be 2 sticks and so on until such time that 2 packs per day. Sometimes sinful things are really addicting so we should not let it affect us.
