Unrest everywhere.

Unrest now prevails everywhere in the world. Wherever you look at you will find nothing but a total chaos. Do you think it to be the beginning of the end of our beloved civilization or does it indicate anything else?

Watching the news these days I'm reminded of an old Chinese curse, "May you live in interesting times"

END??? THis is merely sauce for the goose. Mankind will always have a few growing pains. Turn off the TV. Take a walk in nature.Smell the roses. Relax. It will all work out in the end. There is much more goodness in this world than anything else. It rarely gets the attention.

It seems that everywhere have protesters, and political unrest. Whether in the continent of Asia, Europe, Africa, or America, we are facing political instability. We strive to be harmony, but due to some selfish individuals, this goal wasn't be able to achieve. We have to ask why. Due to our human nature to be selfish, or other factors?

Yes, you're right. However, we must live, right? I rarely think about this, but this is truth. Moreover, I always believe that this world will be better.

there has always been unrest in the world. The recent wave of protests in the arab nations (and elsewhere) is probably due to the internet and because of the first - more or less - successful disempowerment of a potentate by the people of Tunisia. The peoples that are rules by a dictator or by a regime that governs already for decades realize their chances now and try to take advantage of the situation. I don't think it's the beginning of the end but rather the beginning of a change, hopefully a positive change.
