Some of you know that I have filed a dispute against Onbux and they refunded my $80 upgrade fee. Then, after that, they of course suspended my account. I filed another Paypal dispute yesterday to recover my $10 rental fee. Today I received an e-mail from Paypal saying Onbux refunded my money. I checked my Paypal account and there it is.
Do you still think that we can't win a payment dispute against a PTC site?

Honest congrats from me yallit!
I'll check out your blog and try to do a dispute as well. I pid $90 twice since first time I did a mitake and out it into my rental and second time I s+used direct upgrade, because they refused to move my first $90 to my main balance when I knew they could do it since neobux did it for me once too. However, I gave them a second try and then upgraded directly through upgrade page and used my first $90 in rental for purchasing refs, could you tell me if I could alsofile a dispute and what should I say? and how do I do it in paypal?
I also have $70 pending from 14th last month, so I really just want my cash back ($180 ain't that easy to earn and it wasn't for me either) and finish with this site.. =/

I think you are teaching the admins of these errant sites how to behave with customers.
You are really doing a great job
Best of luck

Ahaha. I think that it's time we step up and try to fight back sometimes. A certain visitor of my blog also filed a dispute after reading my blog. Then he left a comment that onBux refunded his money 2 days after. It's like "Wow"! I was able to help him out.

Oooohhhhh!
That was nice yalit.
Go for it.
You have earn that money so they have to refund it.
I mean, earning sites should not just go away with the member's money.
It is best for them to tell the reason why for the member to also know what are violated so that it will not be repeated for other members.
This is my thinking only.
Anyway how did you do it?

I used their own TOS against them. When I filed my 1st Paypal dispute against them, I used TOS6.2 since they had my 8th payment pending for more than 48 hours. So, they refunded my $80 upgrade fee.
Then, when they suspended my account yesterday because of TOS7.2, I filed this 2nd dispute. I told them that it's their fault in the first place.

Could you please tell me how you filed a dispute against onbux in paypal. I was planning to do so but held back because I was not sure how to do it. I might be breaking some paypal rules or something. Could you please send me a copy or draft of how you made the dispute letter? Thanks.

Well, I don't know the exact status of your account, so, I'm not sure if what I did will work out for you. But I stressed out TOS6.2 as my basis for filing the disputes since my payment was delayed for more than 48 hours which is a violation of their own TOS. You may check my blog on how I did it.

Congrats! And I hope you get refunded the rest as well. Nice to know that people are able to refund their money. I hope the others who are still waiting for their payments and is close to the expiration of their disputes take their chances with getting their payments via disputes.

Congratulations again, man!
I knew I should have made my last upgrade using Paypal instead of LR.
