Guys can we still purchase rentals from onbux and neobux with our paypal balance

Friends, i am from india, user of paypal. i want to know whether we can purchase rentals from onbux and neobux, as paypal had made many restrictions for indian paypal users. guys any of you, who had make any purchase from onbux or neobux on first of march' 2011. guys give your valuable suggestions regarding this.

well,the last date for Paypal India user was 28th feb to make any purchase from account balance..you won't be able now to do any purchase from account balance however you can pay using your credit card.
