Is Ty Hyderally the same person as Tayeb Hyderally

I was reading about Ty Hyderally (an employment law attorney in NJ) and I ran across multiple spellings of his name, so I just was wondering if this indeed is the same person? The spellings are "Ty Hyderally" and "Tayeb Hyderally"

I've never heard of this person. However, if he's an employment law attorney. I could probably use him. (HA,HA)
