is there something weird on mylot?

i've found there are something that made this chatting forum so different from others,i mean besides the money thing of course.
you know there's difference between real chatting and chatting-chatting,given the special rules of mylot,which is no-back-to-head system,you started a thread years ago then whether it was popular or ignored it would sink as tatanic because that was years ago and it wouldnt be back to head by responsing it.but on the other fora,totally opposite situation.so that makes us keep chatting on some same topics and all those discussion histories are fading away forever.
do you think what i am thinking?

Hello Lisaandelysia,
I've noticed the same thing here, on myLot. Even if an older discussion can be brought into light by responding / commenting it, you can't see that discussion back on top of the list within its interest (like things happen in other forums). But you can see it when you search for recent discussions. It's not unusual to find an older discussion which was sunk as the Titanic, among the recently discussed topics.
But not all users are aware of the "recent discussions" tab, and even if they are, they might not be interested in responding the same old topic as you.

yes choosing recent kinda works,you know the difference to other forums made me wonder a little,that's all

Well, I would say that all forums operates in their own way. As for what you both mentioned about the recent discussion tab, which not much people notice about it, you have to actually explore it yourself. When you first join a site/forum, you've got to explore to find out more about it and understand it.
