I agree with owlwings. And you have to go through the guide lines. As a new user to internet it makes some confusion. But be free and stay in connection with online friends. It will satisfy all your doubts.

i heard there's this card called paypal debit card where you can actually transfer your paypal fund to your alert pay account. you just have to add the paypal debit card to your list of credit cards on your alert pay account.

Through your bank. Transfer your PayPal balance to the bank and then add funds to Alertpay. There are 'exchange' sites but they are risky, expensive and NOT recommended (neither PayPal nor Alertpay support transactions of that kind: read the Terms!) This is a very commonly asked question. This is what I was going to say. I don't think you can transfer money from Paypal to Alertpay and vice versa. You'd have to transfer the money to the bank first then do the transfer.
