Hello fallenprince. I have many tactics for receiving referrals. One of the tactics is to make a website and put all of your banners of money earning sites. You should also put a lot of information about this how to earn money.

I personally use social networking site like facebook. The key is creating a group in facebook where the person you add are all interested in making money online. From there you can post your referral links to your wall and hope some will join as your referral. There is different srategies. Traffic exchange works good, if you have your own web site or blog. Its all depends on promotion, you could promote your sites on forums, tell your friend, and so on. For me the most effective way to get referrals is micro work. I post task and get referrals this way. Most of them are usually inactive, but than I don`t pay them for finished task.

If it is a worthwhile site that sells for itself, then Traffic Exchanges work great. I have gotten many referrals for my various top money making websites from those.
