Here the price keeps rising each month always; we are given to learn that it is due to rise in international markets. Government says the rise would have been much more, but it is giving us at lower price, rest is borne by government. The price is different in different states too.
Well I had a discussion with a professor of economics, he said, price in my city is Rs. 63.40 per liter, but in Pakistan it is Rs. 26, in Bangladesh -- Rs. 22, in Cuba---Rs. 19, in Nepal Rs. 34, in Burma -- Rs. 30 and in Afghanistan ---- Rs. 36.
He further said, the basic cost per liter is 16.50, plus Centre tax @ 11.80%, Excise duty 9.75%, Vat cess 4%, State tax 8 % so total is Rs.50.05 , we pay Rs 63.40, this means we pay extra Rs 13.35 per liter.
But government says we are given at lesser price!!!
Due to rise of price, the bus/taxi/auto rickshaw owners hike their price, this effects cost of grocery, vegetables etc.
Our budget to run family is disturbed.
What is the scene in your place does the price keeps rising frequently?
How you cope with it?
What price you pay, please specify the country name.
Please share your opinion in this matter.Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .
Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

I am worried that what is going to happen in coming year if the price rise is not stopped. Every day prices are rising for day to day life things, life is becoming just calculations of money and nothing else. How to manage so many things in life with these prices. Salary rise happens in a year which is again not certain but prices are rising every day so how to compete?
Thank You for sharing.

It stayed pretty stable here for a while and then now..it is rising like crazy. They are predicting an even larger rise by the summer and that is when people want to take their vacations and such. It certainly isn't going to do anything to help the economy. People can't afford to do anything but get to work and back on prices like we have been facing. Some people can't even afford that. It's tough and it's a shame.

In the USA gasoline prices and heating full always goes up and down! Thanks to what is going on in Lybia and what has been going on in Egypt gasoline prices have gone sky high! A few weeks a go a gl. of gas was under $3.00 a gl. Now it is $3.39 where I live this morning! It is expected to go higher! Heating I hear has gone up. I would not know! I am on a fixed billing plan! They update it in November so I won't see a difference till then! I know it will go up now that I have a gas dryer! So right now I am just worried about gasoline prices not heating prices!

Well, as far as gasoline goes for operating our cars, the price has jumped fifty cents in the last week and a half, which I think is uncalled for. That said, we have natural gas heating in our home and we were able to lock in on an annual flat rate per unit of that two years ago so that is not hurting the budget of our family. Our stove is an electric stove so that only varies when the cost of electricity varies and there have been no approved rate hikes on electricity in our area lately.

Hi,there!I come from China?
On February 20th,the Chinese national development and reform commission raise gasoline and diesel prices 350 yuan/ton,90# gasoline and diesel, the average retail price 0 per liter raise 0.30 yuan respectively. This is the first domestic 2011adjust prices.
Each coin has two sides. Maybe the traffic accident rate will be greatly reduced.

Day by day the prices are touching the sky.
It is become more tough for a common man to run his daily life.
You have collected the real picture and showing here.
Thanks for sharing.
It is better to use the bicycles instead of using fuel vehicles whenever we wanna go to near places within 3km distance.
Have a nice day.
