computer addiction

how do you feel if you do not use computers in 1 day (such as playing games, surfing the internet,, or other computer activities)if you feel uneasy, if this is called addiction? and how do you solve this problem?

I spent lot of time in computer. When I don't have my PC I stay reaaly bored. I don't have nothing more to do when I don't have computeror Internet around

yes I too feel it, my hands itch if not touched it in a day, because playing with him was very pleasant.

To suddenly be without my computer, this would be nothing less than losing an arm or a leg! I am so attached to my computer now and I love everything technology! I do so many things online now and life has become that much more convenient as a result. I don't play games online but I do a number of different things which first and foremost includes posting away on My Lot. I also reply to emails and I love to surf the net generally, carrying out research and so forth. In my case I don't think that it's an addiction. I don't have anyone around me so I don't have to divide my time between computer time and family time. I wouldn't say that I feel uneasy. I gain much pleasure whilst sitting at my computer and this also makes me feel content inside. The world has changed now and I think that everyone relies on technology and computers to some degree.
