We are watching our foodsHaven't strick with counting the calories.Because mostly all we eat are salads.I'm not big on breakfast,so its usually a nutrigrain bar.Salad usually for lunch.Dinner is usually chicken and a vegetable. We have 1 splurge meal a week.Still have about 57 lbs to go.Have lost about 78 so far.Started at the end of Jume last year.Husband has lost about 89 and about 66 to go.Once I get this off,it is not coming back.Getting too old to keep doing this.I hate diets.

hi there. i am skinny and i don't like it, because i am just very very skinny :( so as much as possible i eat a lot. i am kind of underweight so i need to just keep on eating until i get the normal weight for my height and so that way i wont look malnourished too :( but that is good that you watch what you eat and it is very healthy.

Hi.I guess it works both ways. Most people who are small want to gain a little weight and bigger people want to lose it.I would gladly give you some of mine if I could(lol).Just don't let yourself get too low.I am short only 5 ft,so everything shows up plus more.My granddaughter who is 6 is on the small side, like her daddy. She will be tall and skinny. The other who is 9 is built like me and my daughter. She's gonna have to work to keep it off,she will be tall like her mama though. We have to watch what she eats and try to make the younger eat something.

Good for you! I have to watch my salt and cholestral intake and I think I am doing good...I don't have alot of weight to lose but need to keep my blood pressure and cholestral in check....so I watch it pretty close..but you are doing wonderfully! Congrats!

Thank you,it's not easy.I've been lucky with the cholesterol thing.Heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, stroke, dementia, high blood pressure all run on my father's side.Nothing on my mothers side.So I consider myself lucky if I only have my weight, low blood pressure, and borderline hypothyroid to worry about.Hopefully all that will into place once I get all weight off.Good luck on the weight loss.
