Experiences with Paypal (E-currency)

Everybody says it's the best e-currency that you can use as an online payment and or receiving money. At first, I really like Paypal because I can send and receive money and most of the people use it. Then I started joining earning sites and everything on the web that connects Paypal, suddenly my Paypal account freezes all the time and it always says that someone's trying to access my account so they have to freeze it. So everytime it will happen, I have to verify my credit card over and over again (so they'll get $2 from it and check if it's mine) I heard that a lot of users of Paypal are getting blocked. So, what's your experiences with Paypal?
