How do you get direct referrals for your PTC?

HI there Guys how do you get direct referrals for your PTC? I've found a very good website and I really want to get referrals for it. But the sad thing is it's really hard to get referrals. The site was very good and they paid regularly. I would even give bonus if someone joins me and be active. Have you got any sites where I can find direct referrals? if you have please tell me..

I agree getting referrals isn't easy, but if you study enough and find out what others do to get referrals then you can find the best way to earn online. I usually make a splash page for the site I am promoting and it takes me about anywhere between 1-4weeks to make. Yeah I know it's a long time, but I'm short on time and coming up with an honest and professional way to get referrals isn't easy. I end up getting lots of referrals. Another good way is to write and article about the site and put links in your articles.
